PALS Pawn Squad Details:

Open to all campers, all schedules!

*All registrations MUST be submitted by 6:00 am each day

*No food or drink is provided

Before Camp Care Monday through Friday:

7:45-9:00 am or for half-day afternoon campers 12:00-1:00 pm

After Camp Care Monday through Thursday:

For half-day AM campers 12:00-1:00 pm or for half-day afternoon campers 4:00-5:15 pm

After Camp Care Friday:

For half-day AM campers 12:00-1:00 pm or for half-day afternoon campers 3:00-4:15 pm

PPS Price details:

• 1 day PPS Schedule: $20 per care
• 2 or more PPS Schedule: $15 per care
• 2 or more PPS Schedule before AND after care $12 per care

I understand that I will be asked to electronically sign certain agreements in this online signing process.  To provide my electronic signature, I will sign my name in the text box. By entering my name in the box, I agree that my electronic signature is the legal equivalent of my handwritten signature and that by affixing my electronic signature to the PALS Chess Academy LLC registration, I agree to be fully and legally bound by the provisions contained in each of these agreements. 

By signing up for PALS Chess Academy LLC chess clubs, tournaments, before or after care program, or camps, the participant, (or parent/guardian if a minor), in this activity acknowledges the risks associated with the activity and agrees to hold PALS Chess Academy LLC, The McConnell family and any other employees or volunteers regarding chess clubs, tournaments, before or after care program, and camps harmless, in the event of any damages or injury that may arise.

By providing this electronic signature and participating in, or authorizing participation in, PALS Chess Academy LLC chess clubs, tournaments, before or after care program, or camps in any way whatsoever, you hereby release and hold harmless forever PALS Chess Academy LLC, its instructors, employees, agents, and consultants from any and all liability, for any claim, demand, injury, expense, damage, action or cause of action arising out of or connected with the services or facilities of these entities, including those arising from acts of active or passive negligence.

Photo and Marketing Agreement
By signing, I have read and agree to the PALS Chess Academy Camp Refund and Schedule Change policy and I give permission for photos captured during regular chess camp to be used solely in PALS news stories, the PALS website, or other PALS promotional materials.

Emergency Medical Consent

In the event of an emergency requiring medical attention for my child/children, I understand that PALS Chess instructors will make every effort to contact me. However, if I cannot be reached, I give permission for a licensed physician or medical treatment center to administer emergency medical care if needed.

PALS Pawn Squad Late Pick Up Policy:

If you are late to pick up your camper(s) the following charges will be CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD USED FOR REGISTRATION: (an emailed receipt will be sent when charges have been run)

$1.00 per minute for each minute late per registered camper
